Disallows variable parsing inside strings.

Sniff provides the following settings:

* `disallowDollarCurlySyntax`: disallows usage of `${...}`, enabled by default.
* `disallowCurlyDollarSyntax`: disallows usage of `{$...}`, disabled by default.
* `disallowSimpleSyntax`: disallows usage of `$...`, disabled by default.
